Lead Generation Specialist (offline)

Requirements:
— Lead generation, SDR, BDR or sales experience, preferably in an IT software company or equivalent technology industry, with a proven track record of success.
— Intermediate+ English.
— Experience working with tools like CRM, MS Office, Google Drive, etc.
— Email communication skills.
— High-organised, self-disciplined and able to work in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision.
— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
— Work independently, research and map potential accounts that fit targeted customer profile, identify key players and their contacts, generate interest and develop relationship;
— Connect and target prospects via email, LinkedIn, phone and convert leads into opportunities;
— Create and manage personalized emails and templates;
— Independently build and maintain a prospecting list and profitable pipeline and manage a high volume of daily outbound emails/LinkedIn in-mails;
— Meet or exceed monthly targets and directly report to Sales Manager.
