Data Analyst (offline)

Skills:

* 1+ year of experience working as a billing/payments or data analyst with IT technical background;
* Experience of building reports via Tableau tool is a must;
* Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to details;
* Self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines;
* Understanding payment flow and supporting metrics (chargeback rate, refund rate etc.);
* Ability to work with bid data SQL knowledge;
* English level - Intermediate.

As a plus:

* Experience of works with payment processors, payment providers is a big plus.

Responsibilities:

*Analyzing performance of payment processors (approval rate etc.);
*Build automated dashboards for visualizing key metrics (Tableau tool);
*Analyze A/B tests regarding payment processes;
*Communicate with stakeholders highlighting problems and opportunities, suggest actions to be taken based on analysis;
*Research and find insights based on user behavior patterns.
