HR Manager (offline)

Requirements:
At least 1 year as an HR
Proficiency in technical tools (MS suite, HRIS, etc)
Hands-on attitude & experience in people partnership
Customer and result oriented
Problem-solving capabilities
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and in multitasking environment
Great positive attitude
Flexible, proactive and willing to learn
Intermediate level of English and higher

Responsibilities:
Perform all procedures related to employees’ onboarding, retention, satisfaction, professional growth and rotations
Assistance with the main activities within HR department
Close interactions with teams and managers for solving issues with people development, weak points and potential solutions
Planning and performing actions aimed to improve corporate culture
Support in the roll out of the various people initiatives
