Digital Marketer (offline)

42DM is a digital marketing agency for tech companies and established startups.
We are looking for a Digital Marketer to join our team who will be responsible for developing solutions that help our clients to reach their business goals using digital marketing tools & practices.


Role:
- Develop digital marketing strategies for our clients that will help them to reach their business goals in a most efficient way on time & on budget;
- Supervise digital marketing strategy implementation and adjust it based on real-time data through the whole implementation cycle;
- Manage the work of teams;
- Manage the research & web analytics team to grow the satisfaction of our clients, insightfulness of our data & revenue of the agency.

Responsibilities:
- Develop digital marketing strategies: i.e. inbound demand research, market trends overview, competitors research (overall business & digital marketing performance, key benefits, messages & channels), target audience research & buyer persona design (product & communication insights are in focus);
- Identify the key opportunities for growth; develop the communication platforms (including positioning, key messages & value propositions);
- Select digital marketing channels; develop a digital marketing plan on how to reach Client’s goals;
- Develop the roadmaps that will ensure our clients will reach the goals in time and on budget;
- Supervise the project and update the strategy based on achieved results & implications together with Project, PPC, SEO, Content and Design teams to optimize clients’ digital campaigns;
- Lead the strategic sessions & presentations;
- Lead the internal brainstorming sessions to identify the opportunities for a particular client;
- Research the latest digital tools and interactive trends to identify new opportunities and share core implications with the management & team;
- Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of work experience as a Digital Marketing Strategist / Digital Marketing Manager;
- Solid knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics, AhRefs, SimilarWeb, SemRush, Google Keywords Planner, and other;
- Experience in designing Buyer Personas & identifying product & communication insights;
- Firm grasp of emerging online marketing tools and practices;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Deep knowledge of Google sheets & Google slides (or similar tools);
- Strong analytical skills;
- Fluent English.
