Chief Product Officer (CPO) (offline)

Requirements:
Experience as CPO/Product Owner position from 5 years;
Experience with AI/Blockchain/Cybersecurity fields;
Experience in forming a product concept;
Experience in analyzing the IT market, analyzing the needs and expectations of users;
Strong business orientation, ability to understand information from various sources;
Ability to engage technical and business teams to draft requirements, plan and evaluate tasks to support top business priorities;
A strong level of commercial awareness and a strategic mind with the ability to identify business opportunities and contribute to delivering against them for clients;
Good knowledge of English is required (at least Upper Intermediate);

Responsibilities:
A complete analysis of all the company's products according to created parameters;
Be responsible for the idea, specification, prioritization and acceptance of products and features developed by the development team;
Management of the product release roadmap;
Interaction with the team and stakeholders;
Coordination and selection of priorities in the product portfolio;
Collecting, prioritizing and transferring requirements and managing the priority and volume of problems;
Management of backlog and product versions according to the Scrum methodology;
Working with vendors and assessing the relevance of the product;
