Android Team Lead (offline)

Ruby Labs Ltd (RL) is a fast-growing start-up established in London in 2018. RL operates the biggest astrology mobile app with the mission to educate people by simplifying astrology for greater awareness, and on its track to launch the mobile fitness app in early 2021.
We are looking for an extremely driven and organized Android Team Lead to join our team.

Location: Remote.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Android.
- 2+ years in leadership/management role.
- Good knowledge of Kotlin.
- Good knowledge of architecture patterns (MVC, MVP, MVVM, etc.). Be able to choose the right architecture according to the project requirements.
- Proven ability to build productive relationships and motivate team members.
- Must have a positive, can-do attitude. Excellent communication skills.
- Strong technical background in Java and hands-on experience with Android application development.
- Upper-Intermediate English (writing, speaking).

Responsibilities
- Supervising R&D and Q&A.
- Maintaining & keeping up-to-date technical documentation.
- Providing architectural recommendations and technical leadership.
- Splitting product requirements into technical tasks, provide delivery plans with intermediate milestones.
- Guiding team development efforts towards successful project delivery.
