Junior Email Marketer (offline)

Requirements:
- At least 6 months of email marketing experience.
- Upper Intermediate written English — knowledge of slang/colloquiums
- Impactful yet concise writing and creative texts for email campaigns.
- Understanding of good and bad design tendencies.
- Basic knowledge of HTML layout and email drag&drop editors (Stripo)
- A creative approach and willingness to run A/B test.
- Task Responsibility and Punctuality
- Openness to new things, desire to learn, and readiness for a boost in knowledge.
- Team player with a high level of communication skills and empathy.


Main responsibilities:
- Developing Email campaigns, ideas, design, and schedule, alongside similar projects.
- Responsible for launching, tracking, adjusting and reporting on email campaigns
- Qualitative customer segmentation
- Timely reporting
- Competitor research
- Development and implementation of trigger/event-based emails.
- Deliverability improvement.
- Working with other retention channels.
