We count how many offers each candidate received and what salary. For example, if the Frontend developer in Kyiv with salary $2500 got 10 offers, we will count it 10 times. If there were no offers, he would not get into the statistics.
Сolumn of the graph shows the total number of offers. This is not the number of vacancies, but the demand level indicator. The more offers, the more companies are trying to hire such specialist. 3k+ includes candidates with salaries >= $3000 and < $3500.
In the upper blocks are statistics on current online job ads and online/passive candidates. Salary expectations of candidates are 25th and 75th percentiles. Salary ranges of job ads - median of lower and median of upper limit. Number of proposals and applications - average per one job/candidate among current online/passive. In the long term period numbers can be 2x or 3x more.
