How much employers are willing to pay and who are they looking for.
Every month Djinni send a statistics for your choosed specialization and city. Who is hiring, who is hired and what's going on with salaries.
We count how many offers each candidate received and what salary. For example, if the Frontend developer in Kiev with salary $2500 got 10 offers, we will count it 10 times. If there were no offers, he would not get into the statistics.
Above each column of the graph shows the total number of offers. This is not the number of vacancies, but the demand level indicator. The more offers, the more companies are trying to hire such specialist. All ranges DO NOT include the upper bound, for example [1500, 2000).
