40+ people. 10+ active clients.

We work only with long-term contracts, the minimum contract duration is 1 year.

We form development teams that fully integrate with customer teams.

This approach simplifies the work, as there are no unnecessary layers of management and there is an opportunity to work directly on cool technological products and interact directly with foreign customers.

We do not work with the old legacy code, 40% of projects are from scratch, the rest are not older than 2 years.

We offered the possibility of a full remote when it hasn’t been a trend yet. And we are planning to leave this approach in the future.
