Thus, unlike most firms in our space, we very intentionally do not do outsourcing or managed services; instead, TurnKey combines awesome tech recruiting (where we get clients engineering talent that is perfectly aligned to their needs) with no-hassle Employer of Record services (where we deal with all the legal, payroll and administrative headaches of employing and paying offshore developers so they don’t have to). Developers are fully integrated into the client’s existing dev team and they are in full control of when, what and how they work.
