Situation: An enterprise (such as a bank and its e-banking application, or Google etc.) wants to send an identification message (SMS) to a person who is logged on in the network of any MNO; OR: a social network wants to send a message to an end-user who has no data connection. Enterprises and their apps have no direct connectivity to MNOs. Again, they need to have interconnectivity.
