I'm in IT industry more than 6 years. Started as a recruiter, so I know how it works inside.

Highlights

I love to work with people and I really do like what I do. I'm well know how HR processes should work.

I have a huge experience in working at product and outsource companies (70-1000 employees), I've opened 2 offices for company that decided to come into Lviv market, implemented HR processes and created HR department in company, where it wasn't before. On my duties were to process office budget and HR initiative budget, maintain onboarding and adaptation for employees, conduct face-to-face meetings and resolve different employees requests.
