I started my carrier in IT as junior QA in a small company, but in 2,5 years I decided to become a Project Manager as I communicate with customers a lot. So, now I have more than 3 years experience in PM.
I have some experience in working with JIRA and it's functions to get the team velocity, scope creep, predict a term of delivery etc.
I'm experienced in gathering project requirements, coordinate a team, creating a backlog(user stories), tasks decompositions and estimations. Also, I have worked with a Redmine and Trello as tack trackers.
I have worked with time&material and fixed-price models projects.
Worked with a web (PHP, Angular, Vue) and mobile (native ios, android/ hybrid) applications development. I have some technical background, so it's easy to understand and to explain everything to developers.
Some time was spent with the sales department working on the sale process: communications with clients, estimation the projects, closing the deals.
