My recent experience in business analysis is connected with quite a big financial project. Being a part of BA team I am mostly involved in documenting requirements. That includes creating the documents (e.g. SRS on Confluence, User Stories + Acceptance Criteria in JIRA etc), updating them according to the project roadmap and requests for changes received from stakeholders, and, in general, owning the process of knowledge base maintenance.
During this period I have gained valued hands-on experience in describing processes with BPMN notations, working with DB requests (Microsoft SQL Server) and creating Attributes Field Dictionaries. Furthermore, I have always enjoyed communication aspects of BA position that calls for regular dealing with stakeholders and team members during the development process.
Now I am looking for a new job where I can apply and improve my gained experience and knowledge, acquire new skills in requirements management and bring value to the project.
