I have 3,5 years of experience in IT Recruitment, providing full cycle of recruitment process.
Perform full recruiting lifecycle base on recruiting process:
- searching for the candidates;
- screen candidates according to the company requirement;
- conduct HR Interview;
- cooperation with the foreign customers (correspondence/Skype calls);
- managing the schedule of all interviews between candidates and and supply hiring manager with all information about candidate;
- follow up with candidates after interviews;
- preparing and sending job offer for candidate;
- coordinating new hire details with supporting internal administrator;
- analyzing Ukrainian market, reporting.
- I'm extremely result-oriented, hardworking.
