I have successful experience of closed vacancies: Middle/Senior Full-Stack .Net Developer, QA Engineer, Middle iOS Developer, Senior PHP Developer. Also I've worked with different other vacancies like Frontend (JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue), Backend (Node.js, Java, C/C++), Mobile (Android), other (Business Analyst, Project Manager).
Full cycle IT recruitment process:
- Sourcing candidates from relevant networks, online and internal databases;
- CV pre-screening;
- Communication with candidates;
- Coordination of interviews;
- Organizing and conducting interviews;
- Building up the internal database of prospective candidates. (maintaining records on candidates, submissions, interviews, placements and other candidate’s remarks on an internal database).
