The system is very complex, it must comply with a large number of regulations. We provide APIs for different clients including the biggest Global Distribution Systems (GDSes).

Our client is committed to ensuring that the system will be as modern as possible. It is based on microservice architecture with the use of continuous integration, where a few hundred components operate independently of each other and can be used as they become available. This increases the modularity of the system and optimizes the use of the services. All components run on AWS.

Team

Key Responsibilities

• Track and analyze key sales KPIs, including pipeline health, conversion rates, revenue, and forecasting.
• Continuously improve sales processes and CRM workflows to increase efficiency and performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition functions.
• Proven experience selling professional services to SMB and Enterprise clients.
• Deep expertise in CRM implementation, setup, management, and sales process optimization.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing a full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher (written and spoken).
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly to industry events and conferences across Ukraine and Europe.
• Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable working with sales metrics and KPIs.

• Credit & Behavioral Scoring: Develop classical and advanced scoring systems for automated decision-making across the customer credit lifecycle;
• Market Risk Analysis: Apply time series analysis and ML techniques to assess liquidity risk, forecast FX volatility, and model customer fund behavior;
• Fraud & Anomaly Detection: Build and maintain systems for detecting unusual transaction patterns in real time;
• ML Lifecycle: Participate in the full lifecycle of models — from idea and data collection to automated monitoring and retraining.
