    We are looking for a skillful DevOps Engineer to help us build deployment systems for our team, automate, and deploy new technologies. A perfect candidate must be able to adjust to constant business change. Common types of changes include new requirements, evolving goals and strategies, and emerging technologies.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and optimise cloud infrastructure and resources with attention to cost and resilience.
    • Provide tooling to improve the monitoring and observability of platform and products.
    • On-call support for incident management and disaster recovery.
    • Design and implement automation solutions for build, test, and deployment.
    • Work closely with the Engineering teams to improve our continuous integration and testing system.
    • Propose new initiatives and improvements to the tools and in-house frameworks.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in a DevOps role. 
    • Hands-on experience with cloud providers, preferably AWS.
    • Experience with CI/CD principles.
    • Experience with declarative infrastructure and continuous delivery as code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Argo CD).
    • Knowledge of Linux and Windows (+Active Directory) administration and networking.
    • Experience managing containers and orchestration systems like Kubernetes.
    • Experience programming in Java, Python, or shell.
    • Familiarity with Kafka brokers.
      Familiarity with monitoring tools like DataDog , Opsgenie.
    • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field.
    • Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
    • Upper-Intermediate+ level of English is required.

    Nice to have:

    • AWS Certified SysOps Administrator and/or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer. 
    • CKA, CKAD and CKS certification is a good to have.

    • 4+ years of professional experience with backend development using both NodeJS (NestJS/NextJS/Express) and

    • Proven experience leading small teams (2–4 engineers), mentoring developers, and managing deliverables.
