We’re seeking a Digital Marketer with a strong background in Web3 and crypto marketing to drive user acquisition and growth for our Telegram-based products — AML Bot and Tron Energy Bot — and support our affiliate program expansion.

This is a strategic and hands-on role, where you’ll be responsible for building the full marketing funnel — from creatives and landing pages to automated triggers and lead generation.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Marketing funnels: Develop and launch high-performing landing pages, creatives, and messaging funnels to attract users for Telegram bots (AML Bot, Tron Energy Bot).
• Product marketing: Prepare and package marketing assets for Telegram products, ensuring strong value communication and user engagement.
• Trigger campaigns: Design and implement trigger message chains (e.g., reminders to top up balances, follow-up sequences) to improve retention and conversion.
• Tracking & analytics: Set up tracking for all key metrics related to trigger campaigns, monitor performance, and continuously optimize for better results.
• Hypothesis testing: Develop, launch, and evaluate marketing experiments aimed at improving acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Partnership Manager to align user acquisition campaigns with partnership goals.
• Lead generation: Launch lead gen campaigns for the affiliate program through Telegram, LinkedIn, and adjacent industries, identifying and converting potential partners.

🧠 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on Web3, crypto, or fintech products.
• Proven track record of building and scaling user acquisition funnels across different platforms.
• Experience with Telegram marketing and creating high-performing trigger campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset — ability to track, interpret, and act on key performance metrics.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing mechanics and B2B lead generation.
• Creative thinking, hypothesis-driven approach, and passion for testing and iterating.
• Fluent in Ukrainian (CIS markets focus) and comfortable working with global teams.
