As an Asset Operations Manager, you will be responsible for comprehensive asset management, which includes managing and continuously improving the end-to-end lifecycle of digital assets listed on our platform and optimizing processes related to asset management. About the role

We’re hiring a proactive Guerrilla Marketer to drive hands-on community growth across Telegram, X, Discord, YouTube comments, Reddit, and in-app surfaces. You’ll move fast: map target communities, craft on-point copy, publish and iterate daily, track outcomes, and keep risks and compliance under control. Expect a blend of strategy, copywriting, operations, and analytics. You don’t need experience for this role, but you must be ready to work actively.
 

Responsibilities

• Accounts & access (compliant): Set up and maintain working accounts and network access where permitted by platform policies; keep hygiene high (naming, bios, 2FA, backups). Maintain an account registry and rotation plan.
   
• Message writing: Draft short, high-signal posts/comments for publication; adapt tone for each platform and each account.
   
• External engagement: Write and publish value-adding messages in relevant KOL feeds and partner/competitor communities.
   
• Publishing & post-processing: Execute posting workflows (“bundles”), monitor replies, handle follow-ups, and consolidate learnings into playbooks.
   
• Target mapping: Build and maintain a living map of priority chats, threads, subreddits, and comment sections; define entry points, angles, and safe cadence.
   
• Analytics: Log every action (where/when/what/result). Track CTR, click-to-join, install/activation proxies, reply rate, saves; flag shadow bans or policy risks.
   

Requirements

• Strong short-form copy skills; able to write crisp, contextual posts that earn replies.
• Platform fluency: Telegram, X, Discord, YouTube comments; Reddit familiarity is a plus.
• Organized and reliable under time pressure; excellent async communication.
• Languages: fluent English plus solid russian comprehension for local communities.
