    We're currently looking for a Project Manager with strong Business Analysis skills to join our Kyiv team.
     

    Important

    • The first project will primarily involve working in the Business Analyst role, with a progressive transition into a blended PM/BA role across other projects.
    • Only hybrid format in Kyiv (office near KPI/Shulyavska metro station).
       

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience in IT project management for software development projects;
    • Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in client communication, requirements elicitation and documentation;
    • Experience managing cross-functional medium-size teams;
    • Practical knowledge of PM methodologies, preferably PMBoK (certification like PMP or CAPM β€” a plus);
    • BA certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, or similar) β€” a strong advantage;
    • Proficient use of project management and BA tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, etc.);
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities;
    • Proven ability to multitask and manage changing priorities;

    • Cross-functional team of local and world-based developers and domain experts;
    • Direct interaction with foreign clients and product stakeholders.

       

    Responsibilities
    As Project Manager:

    • Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget;
    • Monitor project scope, resources, risks, and timelines;
    • Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring accountability and motivation;
    • Manage client expectations and communication;
    • Perform integrated change control and risk management;
    • Ensure timely and transparent reporting;
    • Maintain clear and efficient stakeholder communication.
       

    As Business Analyst (initial focus):

    • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements;
    • Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops;
    • Create clear, structured documentation (SRS, BRD, user stories, flow diagrams, etc.);
    • Collaborate closely with technical leads and product teams;
    • Translate business needs into technical solutions;
    • Support backlog grooming and roadmap alignment.

    We’re looking for a Backend Engineer who is familiar working with crypto payment protocols and payment infra, worked with clearing, settlement, netting, swaps. You’ll help us power core payment and swap logic - aggregating prices, executing orders, acquiring.

        What you will do:

    • Build modules to settle, aggregate and execute payments.
    • Deeply work with major CEX’s APIs to route swaps. 
    • Build a payments reconciliation engine.
    • Design and optimize systems for high-load environments with low-latency constraints

         Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience in payment infra or crypto.
    • Strong understanding of financial products (swaps, forwards, clearing, settling, netting rules, reconciliation, payments segregation, acquiring)
    • Experience with batch settlement logic and handling financial transaction pipelines
    • Familiarity with crypto-price formation and performance trade-offs
    • Solid background in designing systems that are reliable, maintainable, and secure
    • Knowledge of financial protocols (FIX, ISO 20022)
       

        Would be beneficial:

    • Knowledge of financial protocols (FIX, ISO 20022, SWIFT) 
    • Experience working with delivery protocols (The Graph, GRPC)
    • Experience working with HFT, hedging, liquidity management.
    • Financial analytical skills.
