Responsibilities:

• Participate in pre-sales activities in collaboration with the Sales and Solution teams
• Lead discovery phases: gather requirements, define scope, and identify success criteria
• Build project delivery plans from scratch, including process setup, team composition, and delivery framework
• Act as a strategic partner for the client, managing expectations, scope, timelines, and reporting
• Identify delivery risks and proactively mitigate them

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Project or Delivery Management within IT Outsourcing Companies
• Proven experience in pre-sales and discovery phases
• Strong background in launching and managing projects from scratch
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with international clients
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English
