    Responsibilities

    • Lead the evolution of web products from concept to scalable systems
    • Build and maintain backend services (Node.js, PostgreSQL) and frontend apps (React/Next.js)
    • Guide clients through tech strategy, architecture, and delivery

    • Mentor mid-level/junior developers and lead by example

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js + React)

    • Communication and interaction with the development department on tasks related to the product;
    • Horizontal interaction with the payment solutions development department regarding quality control of new channels, improvement of existing working conditions, coordination of planned conversion rates and channel performance;
    • Continuous interaction with the Operational Finance department regarding channel performance, incidents, launch of new channels, methods and providers, monitoring and analysis of channel performance targets;
