Your Role

Our tech team is expanding rapidly to keep pace with the ambitious feature roadmap we've set out. We are therefore hiring experienced Senior Software Engineers, to help us build and scale our product. You’ll have the opportunity to help define our roadmap and find the best technical solutions to help our customers. You will also have time to run some experiments and bring new ideas to the table.

Reporting directly to our Tech Lead, you will be responsible for:

• Interacting with the Product Manager to review project specs
• Preparing integration plans, break-downs, and estimations

We are looking for a designer who can create high-quality mock-up demos for advertising projects in the white (compliant) segment.

Main Objective:
Design realistic mock-up demos that simulate real products, services, or interfaces for testing advertising funnels, creatives, and traffic performance.

We’re hiring highly motivated reps to answer phones and set appointments for a moving company. While experience in the moving industry is welcomed, it is not required. As an Appointment Setter, you will engage with new customers, follow up with prospective customers, and set appointments to close moving services bookings.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Engage with Clients: Interact with new and existing clients to close bookings.
• Customer Expectations: Set goals to surpass customer expectations by working closely with top management to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.
• Needs Assessment: Contact new and existing customers to discuss their moving needs and preferences.
• Service Information: Provide detailed information and answer questions about moving services, including pricing, schedules, and logistics. Discuss their moving needs and preferences.
• Client Management System: Maintain and update contact lists in the Company’s customer database.
• Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support by answering questions, resolving issues, and offering advice on the moving process.
• Moving Process Guidance: Advise customers on packing tips, moving day preparation, and other related moving process steps to ensure a smooth experience.
• Follow-Up: Follow up with prospective customers to ensure all their questions are answered and assist in scheduling appointments.
• Flexibility: Adapt to changing business needs and perform specific tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Language Proficiency: Proficient in English and Russian
• Experience: 1-year experience in sales or customer service.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills.
• Organization: Highly organized and able to multitask, detail-oriented.

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team, working on an innovative bioinformatics platform focused on simplifying the analysis and interpretation of RNA-sequencing data through intuitive web applications and cloud-backed services. In this role, as part of a team, you will be building, modifying, and improving user-facing web applications, implementing REST APIs and back-end business logic, and building and maintaining DAG pipelines in Airflow using Python to support data processing and analysis workflows that help researchers and scientists explore data, visualize results, and derive actionable insights.
 

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Design customer-facing Web UI, RESTful services, and APIs for a modern bioinformatics analysis platform.
• Design and maintain DAG pipelines in Airflow using Python to support data processing and analysis workflows.
• Design user interactions on web pages.
• Develop high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code.
• Develop effective SQL and NoSQL data layers by utilizing various databases.
• Develop integrations with third-party services using external APIs.
• Implement effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG:

• At least 4 or more years of working experience in a Full Stack position.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Extensive knowledge of ReactJS and Next.js, along with their ecosystem and common frontend development patterns.
• Solid hands-on experience with Node.js and building applications in TypeScript.
• Experience with Airflow and DAG pipeline development using Python.
• Experience with RESTful architecture.
• Experience with OAuth2-based authentication and authorization flows.
• Proficiency in database design and hands-on experience with SQL, including PostgreSQL.
• Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging middleware (MQTT).
