About the role: We are hiring a Customer Support Specialist with English (B2) and Spanish (B1+). You will be the first point of contact for our creators and partner agencies, turning policies into clear, human answers and setting the tone for trusted relationships. Your vector of work: shorten time-to-resolution, raise satisfaction, and strengthen the loop between Support, QA, and Compliance. In this role, you will

• Handle incoming requests in Zendesk, focusing on agent and streamer account issues and technical troubleshooting
• Own the first response and add full, structured context for any escalation
• Escalate complex cases to senior team members
• Follow platform standards including SLA, tone of voice, and policy guidelines
• Collaborate with the QA team by initiating investigations and delivering initial solutions to users prior to escalation

Agents in this role handle both incoming and outgoing communications to ensure complete issue resolution.

• First Point of Contact: Act as the primary support contact for retailer inquiries across all active client programs
• Kiosk Troubleshooting (Touchpoint Support): Diagnose and resolve device power issues, network connectivity problems, scanner/printer malfunctions, and payment device errors
• Loyalty Program Support: Address loyalty program issues and provide general app support to retailers
• Marathon POS Configuration Support: Provide basic setup guidance, verify configurations, and coordinate with the support team for complex POS requests
• CRM Ticket Management: Triage and respond to support inquiries, accurately documenting issue details, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions
• Knowledge Base Utilization: Apply macros, KB articles, and established troubleshooting flows to resolve common issues efficiently

• L1 Escalation Handling: Receive and resolve escalated cases from Level 1 members support team, providing guidance and advanced troubleshooting
• Documentation Maintenance: Collaborate with internal teams to keep support documentation current and identify gaps in the knowledge base
• Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training to stay informed on product updates, configuration changes, and support processes

Qualifications: 

• 1+ year of experience in customer support, help desk, or technical troubleshooting roles 
• Familiarity with kiosk systems, POS hardware, or retail environments preferred 
• Basic understanding of network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, Ethernet, VPN, static IP) 
• Ability to manage multiple cases at once while staying organized and responsive 
• Excellent communication skills — able to clearly explain solutions to both technical and non-technical users

Client's application support is responsible for the production systems, including Trading, Post-Trade, and PnL software, environment management, and software deployment. Will work closely with developers, business analysts and infrastructure team members as well as with portfolio managers and traders.

  Principal Responsibilities
  
  • Solve technical trading-related issues, independently where possible or leveraging teammates as necessary. Escalate to application and/or infrastructure subject matter experts (internally or at vendors) when appropriate. Manage communications to the trading staff and internal stakeholders regarding issue/resolution.
  • Build working relationships with trading groups in both US and UK.
  • Trading Infrastructure/Platform Status Communications - responsible for disseminating messages to the appropriate trading staff regarding trading infrastructure/platform issues, exchange updates, etc.
  • Assist with automating processes to achieve efficiency and streamlined trade support.
  • Document and create new knowledge base to provide the most effective solutions to trading issues.
  • Deployment of, support of, and monitoring of the firm's internal trading systems.
  • Coordinate with vendors, internal application owners, infrastructure owners, and tech support to ensure trading platforms are correctly installed, configured, and tested.
  • Liaise with development and infrastructure teams, prioritize tool enhancements, and coordinate and participate in software/new version releases.

• Mandatory Skills Description:

  • Must understand the financial markets with strong equities background.
  • Understanding of the trade lifecycle, back-office, and settlement processes
  • Hands-on technical experience in an application support

  • Proficient writing SQL\PLSQL
  • Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux like platform
  • Good experience with Unix/Linux command line
  • Understanding of XML/FpML etc data formats
  • Know how to work with source-code (ability to read and understand logic)
  . Experience in BUILDING CHECKS (and monitoring) IN GENEOS. This would also entail some decent scripting skills preferably using python or perl for building geneos checks.

• Experience working with API documentation and integrations, and log analysis is a must
• 1+ year of experience in customer support within fintech or financial services 
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience in creating, managing, and processing support tickets efficiently
• Ability to handle multiple chat conversations in a high-workload environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• English level: Upper Intermediate or higher
• Technical education will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Support merchants by providing updates on the status of their channels

• Analyze integration issues and identify effective solutions

• Assist merchants in using the admin panel and its functionality

• Respond quickly to incoming messages and escalate issues when necessary

• Monitor ticket statuses and ensure timely feedback to merchants
