Your mission

— Build a modern automation ecosystem:
 • define automation strategy across projects;
 • ensure frameworks are scalable, maintainable, and actually used;
 • drive high ROI automation (not “automation for the sake of automation”).

— Scale quality metrics that matter:
 • defect leakage;
 • automation efficiency;
 • team performance and delivery health.

— Build and lead a high-performance QA organization:
 • hire strong engineers, not “manual testers”;
 • grow people into T-shaped quality engineers;
 • mentor leads and shape future QA leaders.

— Partner with Engineering and DevOps to make quality a shared responsibility, not a QA bottleneck

— Solid understanding of security fundamentals in QA;

 • hands-on (get into tools, frameworks, problems when needed).
— Strong system thinking: you see QA as part of engineering ecosystem, not isolated function;
— Good technical background:
 • APIs, web, mobile;
 • logs, debugging, observability tools;
 • CI/CD understanding.
— English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

We are looking for a motivated Trainee Manual QA Engineer to join an ongoing project for a leading AgriTech company. The product focuses on collecting and analyzing real-time agricultural data — from soil moisture and rainfall to equipment tracking — helping farmers optimize operations and improve crop performance. You’ll join a stable team and work closely with an experienced Senior QA, who will support your growth and mentor you in day-to-day activities.
This position is ideal for someone who already has basic hands-on QA experience and is looking to grow in a structured environment with mentorship.

  • Completion design and well performance analysis
• Experience with engineering tools such as WellCat, WellPlan, Compass is a plus.

Requirements

• Proficient in manual testing across web and/or mobile applications
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies (functional, regression, integration, API testing)
• Understanding of application architectures (client-server, REST APIs, microservices basics)
• Intermediate experience working in Scrum / Agile environments
• Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into clear, structured test cases and User Stories
• Strong communication skills with Product Managers and cross-functional teams (Intermediate English or higher)
• Ability to mentor Junior QA Engineers (1–2 people) and review their work
   

AI & Modern QA Skills (Required)
 

• Practical use of AI tools in QA workflows (e.g. ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) for:
• test case generation
• bug analysis and reproduction steps
• test data creation
• documentation and summarization
• Ability to create effective prompts for QA tasks (prompt engineering basics)
• Experience using AI to accelerate exploratory testing and risk analysis
• Understanding of limitations of AI-generated outputs (hallucinations, inconsistencies, false positives)
• Ability to validate AI-generated test cases and outputs against requirements
   

Nice to Haves
 

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related technical field
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and build/deployment processes
• Basic experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience with AI-powered testing tools
• Exposure to API testing of AI/LLM-based systems (e.g. OpenAI API)
• Understanding of test optimization using AI (self-healing tests, smart locators, flaky test detection)
• Awareness of basic evaluation concepts for AI systems (accuracy, precision/recall at a high level)
