    🧰 About Project

    This is an all-in-one, AI-driven platform that replaces scattered tools and manual processes with a single, streamlined workspace, connecting people, data and systems in real-time. The product helps mid-market manufacturers, distributors and service companies move faster, work smarter, and scale sustainably.

    As part of our dedicated ProCoders delivery team, you’ll collaborate directly with project’s friendly, transparent leadership to raise the quality bar on a product that thousands of business users rely on every day.

    👨‍💻 What You’ll Be Doing

    – Hunt down defects: log clear, reproducible bugs, track them through resolution and champion continuous improvement.

    – Validate and evolve the API layer with Postman collections and help drive performance testing (response time, throughput, load vs. stress).

    – Contribute to the growing Cypress automation suite, even if you’re still leveling up, you’ll have mentorship and time to learn.

    – Operate inside a fast-paced Agile squad (2 FE, 3 BE, DevOps, Designer, QA/PM & QA TL) where your voice matters from kickoff to release.

    – Proactively surface quality risks, influence acceptance criteria and help shape the “definition of done.”

    🧠What makes you a great match

    – Solid grasp of performance-testing principles (latency, concurrency, bottleneck analysis).

    – Experience shipping in Agile/Scrum/Kanban environments.

    – English B2+.

    – Soft-skill superpowers: critical thinking, concise documentation, proactive risk-spotting and genuine team spirit.

     💜 Why you’ll love working here

    – People-first culture –founders foster an open, supportive atmosphere where every opinion counts.

    – Impact & ownership – you’re the first full-time QA on the project, reporting to a QA Lead who values initiative.

    – Growth budget – certifications, courses, conferences (technical + soft-skills) on us.

    – Stable long-term project – a venture-backed product with a clear roadmap and modern tech stack (Laravel, Vue 3, AWS, Python).

    – Remote-first with flexible hours (overlap with US CT morning).

     🤓Hiring process

    About the project

    Join one of our ongoing projects — a web platform designed for recruitment agencies to track job openings, monitor candidates, and calculate payments for successfully closed positions.

    The product has been in use for a while and was recently transferred to our team from a previous vendor. We're now focused on improving the existing functionality and building new features.

    You’ll be working in a Scrum team with regular ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Releases happen approximately twice a month.

    If you have hands-on experience in testing and want to be part of a product team — we’d love to hear from you!

    Tools & Technologies:

    • Backend: PHP, Laravel, MySQL
    • Frontend: React (Redux)
    • Testing: Manual testing of new functionality, regression testing before releases
    • Nice to have: Occasional performance testing using k6 (JavaScript) — only as needed after specific optimizations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manual testing of both frontend and backend of a web application;
    • API testing using tools like Postman and Swagger;
    • Working with relational databases (SQL);
    • Exploratory testing — you’ll need to investigate and understand functionality that isn’t always fully documented;
    • Ensuring product quality from requirement analysis to production release — not just checking boxes;
    • Effective collaboration within the team and proactive communication;
    • Working with a UK-based client, so solid written and spoken English is important.

    What we offer:

    • Involvement in meaningful projects with real impact;
    • B2B contract cooperation;
    • Opportunity to work on diverse projects and with various clients — gain experience quickly and grow professionally;
    • Real impact on the company’s growth by contributing to process improvements within the QA department;
    • Supportive team environment with open communication;

    • Opportunities for professional growth and mentorship;

    • 1+ year of commercial experience in manual testing;
    • Basic understanding of API testing;
    • Experience working with SQL databases;
    • Solid grasp of test design techniques and ability to apply them in practice;
    • Comfortable working with key QA documentation: test plans, reports, checklists;
    • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail;
    • Ability to estimate tasks and plan your work;
    • Intermediate or higher level of spoken and written English;
    • Team player with good communication and collaboration skills.
