    In this role, you will

    • Design and implement payment routing, cascading, and orchestration strategies for card transactions
    • Monitor and analyze transaction approval rates by market and payment method, developing strategies to improve performance and negotiating with providers to boost approval ratios
    • Research, evaluate, and onboard new payment providers to expand processing capabilities in key regions
    • Lead technical and operational integration of payment providers in collaboration with IT, finance, and product teams
    • Oversee and manage the chargeback process, ensuring timely responses and compliance with regulations to minimize financial losses
    • Ensure uninterrupted payment flows by proactively identifying and resolving operational issues
    • Work closely with the Product team to improve payment-related KPIs and overall user experience


    It’s all about you

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in billing, PSP management, or payment operations
    • Strong knowledge of payment processing systems, gateways, and integration protocols
    • Solid understanding of compliance standards including AML, KYC, and PCI DSS
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
    • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (written and spoken)
    • Familiarity with anti-fraud systems and tools such as SEON, Sift, or similar
    • Structural thinking, ownership mindset, and strong communication skills

    Requirements
     

    Ideal Candidate:

    • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in senior leadership roles, preferably as Head of Marketing in fast-growth startups or tech companies.
    • Deep experience in driving growth, user acquisition, and engagement in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling environment, particularly within the fintech or crypto space.
    • Strong understanding of unit economics and a hands-on analytical approach to optimizing marketing performance.
    • Expertise in building and executing multi-channel marketing strategies, including digital, content, social media, and influencer marketing.
    • A fast thinker and doer with the ability to pivot quickly and execute under pressure.
    • A strong leader who can inspire teams, manage cross-functional collaboration, and drive results.
    • Experience in crypto or fintech, B2C products, and crypto wallets will be preferred.

    • Knowledge of App Store processes and TestFlight usage;

    • Patient and thorough in your work approach.

     

    Preferred Competencies: 

    • Candidates with less than one year of experience will be considered if they have hands-on experience.
    • Experience in the health niche;
    • Multilingual abilities (preferred languages: English, Ukrainian, Spanish);
    • Strong writing skills.

     

    Stages of the interview:

    • Test Task (completed within 1 day, typically requiring 2-3 hours of work)
    • Meeting with Lead QA (45 minutes).
