As the Risk & Fraud Manager, you will be reporting directly to the COO and taking the lead in detecting, investigating and addressing risks related to fraud, abuse, and financial misconduct within our iGaming operations. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in safeguarding the integrity of our operations and protecting both the business and our customers from financial loss and reputational damage. 

The Role:

• Develop and execute strategies to minimize chargebacks, fraud and bonus abuse
• Drive improvements in fraud procedures and processes as well as reporting frameworks
• Lead, manage and train Operations team focused on fraud and bonus abuse identification and prevention
• Enhance the customer verification and KYC procedures and documentation
• Identify and suggest improvements to the Operations team's processes and procedures related to fraud prevention and detection
• Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge base related to day-to-day operations with a special focus on fraud prevention and detection
• Conduct business analysis to support the design and implementation of effective fraud prevention strategy
• Oversee monitoring and reporting of key fraud performance indicators
• Act as the first point of contact in relation to reviews of the player accounts, gameplay, deposits, withdrawals, KYC and other fraud & bonus abuse related matters
• Be in charge of the current fraud tools and expand them based on our future fraud prevention plans
  
  Requirements: 
• Minimum 3 years experience in this or a similar role within the iGaming industry
• Strong knowledge of iGaming platforms, payment methods, and fraud detection tools
• Proficiency in analyzing transaction data, identifying anomalies, and using fraud detection software. 
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• In-depth knowledge of current fraud trends and regulatory requirements in the iGaming industry
• Fluency in English, both oral and written

We’re looking for a Senior Business Systems Administrator to join our fast-paced, collaborative Revenue Operations team. This fully remote role will play a key part in driving efficiency and innovation across our GTM systems, with a primary focus on Salesforce and key integrated tools.

You'll be hands-on with Salesforce configuration, including flows, validation rules, and automation, and support both strategic projects and day-to-day requests. You’ll also contribute to internal documentation and help mentor other team members on platform best practices.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable solutions in Salesforce, with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Own and drive initiatives involving tools like Copado (or DevOps), Dealhub, or other CPQ platforms, and DocuSign
• Manage a mix of large cross-functional projects and smaller stakeholder requests via our ticketing system
  Collaborate with Marketing Ops, CS Ops, and Sales Ops to streamline end-to-end business processes
• Integrate and manage third-party tools across our GTM tech stack (e.g., Workato, Gainsight, RingLead, Marketo, Ada, Clazar, BoostUp)
• Participate in testing, release management, and deployment processes using Copado or similar DevOps tools
• Support documentation efforts and mentor teammates on Salesforce and systems best practices

What You’ve Done So Far:

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in a Systems Admin or Business Systems role
• Strong understanding of Salesforce declarative tools (flows, validation rules, formula fields, etc.)
• Experience with DevOps tools like Copado, CPQ platforms such as Dealhub, and DocuSign integrations
• Proficiency working with complex business systems across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
• Experience managing both project-based and ad-hoc workstreams
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working across teams
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and passion for solving complex business problems

Required Certification:

• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• One or more of the following: Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other relevant Salesforce certs

Preferred Experience: 

• Experience with Workato, Khoros, Gainsight, BoostUp, or Marketo
• Previous experience working in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment
• Familiarity with agile or sprint-based planning
