Position Overview:
We’re looking for a CMO who will lead the strategic transformation of our marketing function, scale operations, and strengthen our presence in the B2B and Enterprise segments. You’ll work closely with the in-house marketing team to align goals, optimize performance, and drive measurable growth across all channels.

You can join us as a full-time CMO or a fractional CMO (1–2 days/week) to support us in building the structure, team, and processes for the next stage of scale.

Main goal: To scale the marketing system, increase the focus on B2B and turn the brand into an enterprise segment

• Work in conjunction with the internal marketing department - strategy, priorities, task setting and review of implementation results.
• Repositioning the brand in the B2B/Enterprise segment
• Define roles and areas of responsibility
• Scale existing channels: PPC, SEO, content, affiliate, outreach
• Increase brand awareness and trust in international markets
• Build a marketing connection with sales and strengthen the team

Key tasks may differ based on whether the role is part-time, or full-timeFractional CMO (6 months, 1–2 days per week)

Goal: To build or revamp the core marketing structure, launch scalable processes, and provide strategic consulting to set the foundation for long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit current marketing efforts, positioning, and active channels

Full-Time CMO

Goal: To take full ownership of the marketing function - from strategic planning to daily operations, and lead the team toward scalable, measurable growth.

• Design and manage A/B tests and growth experiments

Your Role

• Expert-level proficiency in Linux (Red Hat, CentOS/Alma) and Windows Server administration.
• Experience with server configuration management tools (Puppet, Chef, Salt, Ansible).
• Experience with Internal Infrastructure maintenance (IPMI, BMC, iDRAC, ILO).
• Advanced network troubleshooting skills, including packet capture analysis (PCAP) with tools like tcpdump and Wireshark.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to provide Tier-2 client support.
• Experience implementing and managing network monitoring solutions using open-source tools (Nagios, Centreon, SNMP, Sflow).

ABOUT THE ROLE
● You will be part of our Dynamics 365 team of hands-on engineers and developers.
● You will be learning about and implementing AI-driven business process automations based on the latest, cutting-edge AI technologies.
● You will get involved in supporting our Dynamics 365 clients through email and video calls.
● You will be implementing Dynamics 365 enhancements and building custom solutions for our clients.
● The role is remote, and the working hours will be discussed and agreed upon.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
● Fluent in English, spoken and written.
● Availability during the UK working hours (ideally 9 AM - 5 PM UK time).
● Experienced in providing excellent customer service through email and video calls.
● Experience working with SMEs and ideally with clients in the UK.
● Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM for a minimum of 2 years, including hands-on experience building solutions and customisations.
● Fluency with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate for building automations.
● Experience debugging issues, troubleshooting problems, and customising Dynamics 365 systems.
● Experience with Dynamics 365 APIs and integrating them into solutions.
● Good problem-solving skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● First-Line Support: Respond to initial client inquiries and issues related to Dynamics 365 CRM and AI-driven business process automations. Provide immediate troubleshooting and solutions for common problems.
● Issue Diagnosis and Escalation: Analyse and diagnose more complex issues, including debugging code and system configurations. Escalate problems to higher-level support or technical teams when necessary, ensuring proper documentation of the issues.
● Resolution Management: Track and manage the resolution of client issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions. Maintain communication with clients throughout the resolution process.
● User Training and Documentation: Provide training sessions and create user documentation to help clients effectively use Dynamics 365 CRM. Offer guidance on best practices and new features.
● Customisation and Configuration Support: Assist clients with building custom solutions, including system customisations, configurations, and adding automations using Power Automate to meet their specific needs. Help implement changes, enhancements, and API integrations.
● Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with development and technical teams to resolve complex issues, implement system improvements, and build new features. Provide feedback and insights to help enhance the overall functionality of Dynamics 365 CRM.
