What You’ll Actually Build

In this role, you will design and operate real, production-grade automation systems, including:

• Data sourcing and scraping pipelines

Automating data extraction from platforms like LinkedIn and other public or internal sources, turning raw data into structured, outbound-ready datasets.

• Data enrichment and validation systems

Enriching people and company data via third-party tools and APIs, with deduplication, validation, and quality rules.

• AI-powered workflows

Prompt-driven automations for candidate grading, summaries, outreach personalization, and interview analysis.

• Automation-first system architecture

Designing databases, schemas, and states for automation-heavy processes, with modular and reusable workflows instead of one-off scenarios.

• End-to-end operational automations

Sales, recruitment, and internal processes run with minimal manual intervention, including error handling, retries, alerts, and recovery paths.

Competencies

Technical Competence

• 2+ years of experience in workflow automation using Make.com, n8n.
• Strong understanding of:
  • APIs
  • Webhooks
  • JSON format
  • Authentication flows
• Familiarity with Airtable or other database platforms 
• Experience with data enrichment tools such as PhantomBuster, Apify, Apollo.io, Hunter.io, Snov.io, Grinfi, etc.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, prompt engineering).
• Proven experience creating scenarios for sales, business development, recruitment, or marketing
• Strong skills in algorithm design and scenario optimization
• Background in software development or Technical education
• JavaScript or Python for automation scripting is a strong plus.

Обовʼязки:

• Участь в розробці та проектуванні нових продуктів компанії.
• Впровадження у серійне виробництво нових моделей продукції компанії.
• Тестування та налагодження роботи прототипів продукції компанії.
• Підтримка існуючих продуктів компанії.
• Взаємодія з іншими відділами компанії для забезпечення високої якості продукції.
• Участь у впровадженні нових технологій та методик у виробничий процес.

Вимоги:

• Технічна освіта.
• Знання сучасної елементної бази.
• Базові знання схемотехніки, монтажу та налагодження електронних компонентів.
• Вміння працювати з вимірювальним обладнанням (осцилографи, мультиметри та інші), паяльними інструментами.
• Досвід роботи з технічною документацією на радіокомпоненти (datasheet).
• Аналітичні навички та увага до деталей.
• Вміння працювати в команді та комунікабельність.
• Бажання навчатись та розвиватись у своїй спеціальності.

Буде плюсом:

• Досвід роботи з безпровідними технологіями передачі даних (Wi-Fi, BLE, GSM, LTE, Sub-1GHz).
• Досвід роботи з приладами на мікроконтролерах.
• Базові знання з трасування, компоновки (розведення) друкованих плат.
• Знання англійської мови на рівні читання та розуміння технічної документації.
• Досвід проведення аналізу та роботи з вимогами стандартів з електромагнітної сумісності, безпеки.
• Розуміння правил, підходів до оформлення конструкторської документації.
