Ми шукаємо Creative Motion Designer, який мислить не як «виконавець», а як креативник — той, хто розуміє, як відео й візуал продає, і створює не просто «красиво», а конвертить у $.

Обов’язки:

• Генерація ідей, створення нового бачення.
• Створювати статичні та відеокреативи з нуля під Crypto вертикаль
• Аналізувати тренди, ринок, конкурентів, формувати hook + message + storytelling
• Тестувати гіпотези разом з медіабаїнг-командою, адаптувати ітерації під performance

Вимоги:

• Strong знання Adobe After Effects / Premiere / або аналогів (DaVinci, CapCut Pro, Figma motion, etc.)
• Уміння дивитись на креатив з точки зору психології/маркетингу, а не тільки візуалу
• Самостійність у генеруванні ідей (не тільки по ТЗ від баєра)
• Плюсом буде досвід у Crypto / Fintech рекламі або iGaming

Завдання

• Розробка коротких відеоматеріалів тривалістю до однієї хвилини з метою просування мобільного застосунку в соціальних мережах;
• Додатково передбачено розроблення відеоконтенту для рекламних кампаній відповідно до технічних специфікацій, наданих колегами по команді;
• Генерація ідей спільно з маркетинговою командою для поліпшення візуальної комунікації в рекламних матеріалах;
• Аналіз рекламних матеріалів конкурентів та соціальних мереж для відстеження світових тенденцій у дизайні;

Від тебе

• Майстерне володіння After Effects, Premiere Pro/DaVinci, Photoshop;
• Досвід роботи моушн-дизайнером не менше 1,5 року;
• Наявність портфоліо;
• Самостійно вирішення поставлених завдань;
• Цінування свого часу і вміння його планувати.
