Key Responsibilities

• Follow a phased QA approach — begin with CMS and backend testing to establish a reliable baseline of expected system behavior, then apply those insights to validate AI agent outputs effectively
• Design and execute test cases for REST APIs, covering functional correctness, edge cases, error handling, authentication, and data integrity
• Perform UI testing across core user journeys, validating layout, behavior, and integration with backend services

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in manual QA, with exposure to frontend, backend and AI testing
• Solid experience with API testing using tools such as Postman, REST Client, or similar
• Experience testing web UIs and understanding of cross-browser/cross-environment considerations
• Ability to read and interpret API documentation, data schemas, and system architecture descriptions
• Hands-on experience working on projects that included AI, ML, or NLP components — particularly validating outputs that are probabilistic or context-dependent
• Familiarity with the concept of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) or LLM-based systems
• Strong analytical thinking — especially the ability to assess whether an AI response is contextually correct, not just technically non-null

SOFTSWISS is looking for an Infrastructure Security Tech Lead to take ownership of the technical direction and architecture of our security infrastructure.
 

Purpose of the role:

You will define and lead the Infrastructure Security strategy and architecture, ensuring that all systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with modern security standards and best practices.
 

Key responsibilities:

• Define technical direction and architectural decisions across all Infrastructure Security domains
• Lead security infrastructure reviews for new and existing systems

• Act as Tier 3 technical escalation point during Incident Response

Required Experience:

• 7+ years in infrastructure security, including 3+ years in a Architector or Lead role

• Practice in building security processes in the corporate environment
• Deep hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or OCI) focused on security services
• Hands-on Linux system administration expertise
• Server hardening expertise: CIS Benchmarks, DISA STIG, immutable OS concepts (e.g., Talos Linux)
• Proficiency in IaC tooling: SaltStack and Terraform
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes security: RBAC, Pod Security Standards, Admission Controllers, NetworkPolicy
• Experience in development and automation (Python/Go)
• Experience in SQL, ESQL/DSL (ElasticSearch)
• Experienced in technical mentorship and task decomposition for teammates
• Strong knowledge of Common Secure Network Architectures, Firewalls, IDP/IPS environments
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA)
• Structured written and oral communication to ensure clarity
• Ability to formalise security requirements into policies, standards, and control frameworks
• Familiarity with enterprise security architecture frameworks (TOGAF/SABSA)

You will be involved into:

• As a Tech Lead, you will be involved in all steps of SDLC: processing requirements, creating solutions, splitting them into tasks, participating in team refinements, participating in code review, deploying the code on production, monitoring the deployed code using Kibana, NewRelic, Grafana. About the Role

We’re hiring a Lead Backend Engineer to help drive that work. This is a hands-on role. You’ll guide a small backend team of 2 to 4 engineers, own backend architecture across services, and build the systems that put LLMs and agents into production workflows.

AI is changing how engineering teams work. The leverage today isn’t in typing code; it’s in clear specification, good judgment, and careful verification. Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small backend team (2 to 4 engineers).

Requirements

• Backend experience: 5+ years building production backend systems.

• Caching and queues: working knowledge of Redis or a similar tool for caching and background jobs.
• System design basics: API design, retries, idempotency, and reasonable latency and cost trade-offs.
