We’re looking for a Flutter/Flame Developer to build interactive 2D modules (game-like experiences) inside Flutter apps. The role is performance-focused: stable FPS on mid-range devices, optimized asset pipeline, and careful memory management.
 

What you’ll do
- Develop interactive / game modules using Flutter + Flame (embedding Flame scenes into Flutter apps).
- Implement and maintain camera/viewport: scrolling, follow, zoom, world bounds, parallax.

Ми шукаємо Lead Flutter Developer з глибоким комерційним досвідом у мобільній розробці та мінімум 3+ роками досвіду технічного лідерства. Для нас мобільний застосунок — це ключовий продукт, який безпосередньо впливає на бізнес-метрики, ретеншн та revenue. Тому ми шукаємо не просто сильного Flutter-інженера, а лідера, який мислить системно, бачить архітектуру цілісно та здатен розвивати команду.

У цій ролі ти поєднуватимеш hands-on розробку з технічним лідерством, це означає: прийняття архітектурних рішень, контроль якості коду, проведення code review, менторинг інженерів і вплив на еволюцію мобільного продукту.

• 8+ років комерційної мобільної розробки (з них 3+ роки у ролі Tech Lead / Team Lead)
