About the project

We develop embedded communication systems based on STM32 platforms. The work is hands-on and covers the full cycle - from writing and optimizing firmware to measuring signals in the lab and collaborating directly with hardware engineers. What you'll be doing

• Developing and optimizing firmware for STM32-based systems
• Implementing and validating communication algorithms, including OFDM

What we're looking for

About the Role:

We are looking for a firmware engineer who really knows how to work with modern hardware (ESP32-S3, PICAD-compatible boards) and Zephyr OS. The main task is to write stable, production-ready code for IoT devices of the "data logger / gateway" level: sensors, Modbus, LTE/Wi-Fi, OTA, local logic, energy saving.

No academic R&D — you need a person who quickly makes a working product.

Responsibilities:

• Development of firmware for Zephyr OS for ESP32-S3 / ESP32-C6;
• Work with PICAD-compatible peripherals (sensors, interfaces, IO);
• Implementation of protocols: Modbus RTU/TCP, UART, RS-485, SPI, I2C;
• Network stack settings: Wi-Fi, LTE (via external modules), MQTT;

Це роль для тих, хто хоче писати код, який реально працює на апаратурі і відповідає за точність та надійність систем у польових умовах. Ви будете проєктувати та оптимізувати прошивки, тестувати їх у реальних сценаріях і брати участь у створенні продукту, який формує майбутнє безпілотних технологій в Україні.

Ваші основні задачі:

• Розробка електронних пристроїв на базі STM32 та інших MCU;
• Написання прошивок мовами C/C++ з використанням CMSIS, HAL, STM32CubeMX у Keil або STM32CubeIDE;
• Інтеграція та робота з інтерфейсами: CAN, UART, SPI, I2C, 1Wire;
• Проєктування багатошарових друкованих плат в Altium Designer (або аналогах);
• Розробка аналогової та цифрової схемотехніки, підбір компонентів;
• Збірка прототипів, пайка SMD-компонентів;
• Робота з вимірювальним обладнанням: осцилографами, логічними аналізаторами, мультиметрами тощо.

Вимоги до кандидата:

• Практичний досвід роботи з мікроконтролерами STM32 від 2 років;
• Знання мов C/C++ на високому рівні;
• Розуміння принципів схемотехніки та вміння читати електричні принципові схеми;
• Досвід роботи з системами контролю версій (Git);
• Вміння ефективно працювати в команді та самостійно;
• Буде плюсом: профільна вища освіта (електроніка, автоматика, комп’ютерна інженерія) та досвід проєктування комерційних пристроїв.
