    About the Role:

    We are looking for a mathematician with a proven record of creating slot games, who will join our team and help to build data-driven projects on game math optimization. You will have an opportunity to learn players’ behavior and shape the future vision of our products.


    The main task:

    • is to adapt the mathematics of existing games, not develop new ones;
    • It is desirable to be interested in development in the direction of analytics and DS;
    • Most of the time will be spent working with AB testing.


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop engaging game mathematics and mechanics in collaboration with Product Owners and Game Developers;
    • Fine-tune game mathematics and mechanics to create the best possible product;
    • Perform simulations of game math;
    • Explore the most popular games from other providers;
    • Provide competitive game math analysis to reveal valuable insights;
    • Be involved in the game creation process from start to finish;
    • Collaborate with development teams, provide game math specifications;
    • Be a discussion sparring partner inside our team to help build better products


    Requirements:

    • University degree in mathematics / computer science / technology / engineering;
    • At least 5 years commercial experience as a game mathematician (or similar position) in online gambling;
    • An understanding of how different slot mechanics work;
    • A high level of attention to detail: the ability to spot even small mistakes in your math models and troubleshoot them;
    • Brilliant at solving abstract and highly complex math problems;
    • Data-driven and analytical mindset in decision-making;
    • Teamwork experience;
    • English B2+

    We’re looking for a Junior Project Manager to boost up the Phenomenon team and push projects through to the finish line! If you are a self-starter and a team player who is ready to take charge of teams and help exceed our client's expectations, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

     

    We need an energetic person who can manage projects and find a common language with all project participants. This person must desire to be actively involved in the team, not stop in front of difficulties, and be happy to solve non-standard cases

    Requirements:

    - 1+ years of commercial Project Management experience working with design and development teams; 

    - Knowledge of web development and UI/UX basics; 

    - Demonstrated knowledge of Agile methodologies; 

    - Experience in using ClickUp or other project management software;

    - Experience in assessing the scope of work of the project and its prioritization; 

    - Effective communicator dealing with both technical and non-technical people; 

    - Good time management, leadership, and problem-solving skills; 

    - Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously; 

    - Advanced English both spoken and written;

    Key responsibilities:

    - Coordinate the project (websites, landing pages, branding, and art projects) from brief to launch; 

    - Monitoring task completion, project team's workload, removing roadblocks, communicating progress to stakeholders; 

    - Organizing and maintaining clear project documentation; 

    - Managing the expectations both internally and externally; 

    - Develop solutions to problems during the project; 

    - Keep the team working towards the same goal;

    • Development of one of the key areas of hutko’s business - integration with third parties’ platforms (CMS, CRM, constructors, API-connectors)
    • Search, analysis of platforms and existing integration with following planning of hutko’s cooperation with these platforms
    • Meetings and negotiations with platforms and hutko’s clients
    • Roadmap development, tasks priotirisation, control over tasks execution by development teams
    • Interaction with clients for modernization of integrations and implementation of new developments

    You are:

    QA with experience/knowledge of:

    • Having knowledge of the Fundamental Test Process
    • Understanding Agile methodology
    • Web Applications and specifics of their testing
    • Testing techniques
    • Preparing test design according to the defined test approach
    • Performing defect analysis and writing detailed and helpful defect reports with expected results for resolving defect
    • Creating, updating, supporting, and providing the review of requirements, user stories or other documents related to QC activities on a project
    • API Testing (will be a plus)
    • Upper Intermediate English level

     

    Your responsibilities:

    • Participating in all aspects of the QA product lifecycle
    • Designing tests
    • Preparation of test cases
    • Performing root cause analysis on defects in a test environment
