    Requirements

    — 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst / Quant Analyst / Risk Analyst.
    — Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy, pyarrow, SQLAlchemy).
    — Deep knowledge of SQL (analysis, aggregation, window functions).
    — Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Grafana).
    — Scripting experience in Python for automation and report integration.
    — Solid understanding of trading principles, margining, VaR, and risk models.
    — Proven ability to work with large-scale datasets (millions of rows, low-latency environments).
    — Experience working with technical teams to deliver business-oriented analytics.


    Responsibilities

    — Build and maintain analytics for PnL, risk, and positions.
    — Monitor key performance and risk metrics.
    — Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines (both batch and real-time).
    — Configure and enhance BI dashboards (Tableau, Grafana).
    — Support alerts and anomaly detection mechanisms.
    — Work with internal databases, APIs, and streaming data pipelines.
    — Collaborate closely with risk, engineering, and operations teams.
    — Contribute to the development of the analytics platform: from storage to visualization.
