Requirements:

• Experience working with freelancers (copywriters, translators).

Responsibilities:
• Publishing text and graphic content through the admin panels;
• Communication with the marketing team, translators, and other departments (product, design, business etc.);
• Data analysis and processing in Google Docs, reporting in Google Sheets.

The team is looking for a Content Specialist who will play a key role in managing and developing content across a fast-growing iGaming product.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll have a direct impact on how the product communicates with players - from website content and new feature launches to email and push campaigns. 
 

Requirements:

• 2+ years of commercial experience in iGaming industry. 
• Strong copywriting/content creation skills across multiple formats (website, email, SMS, push notifications).

Expected Duties / Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain content for the website, email, SMS, and push notifications.
• Adapt tone and messaging to match the product's brand and player segments.
• Collaborate closely with designers to ensure content and visuals work cohesively.

We are hiring an Instructional Designer / Content Producer for the Go-to-Market Enablement team of a leading US-based SaaS platform.

The team equips global Sales and Customer Success staff with high-impact skills, tools, and learning content. This is an approximately 4-month contract with potential prolongation for another year. Senior instructional designers on the client side lead strategy, you own execution. The ideal candidate uses AI tools like Google Gemini and Claude to accelerate research, content strategy, and learning design.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Enablement and GTM team members to identify the highest-impact content priorities

- Design modern, high-quality eLearning modules with Mindsmith

- Design engaging virtual instructor-led training via Google Slides

About the Role We're looking for a Senior UX Writer to shape clear, empathetic, and effective in-app copy for our client, a leading mobile banking app. You'll help improve customer experience, meet user needs, and support business goals through thoughtful, data-informed writing.
 

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement UX copy for new features and user onboarding (Ukrainian and English)
• Analyze existing functionality and propose improvements through microcopy optimization
• Gather, analyze, and systematize copy requirements from stakeholders (Product Owners, business analysts, legal team)
• Build and maintain a unified Tone of Voice and glossary/guidelines for the app
• Prepare copy specifications for the development team
• Monitor the market and track global UX writing best practices
• Use analytics tools and conduct research to evaluate copy effectiveness
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, legal, and marketing teams

Requirements

• Higher education in philology, journalism, marketing, sociology, communications, or related field
• 3+ years as a UX writer or product copywriter in a product IT company or banking sector

• Experience testing hypotheses around product copy
• Experience with analytics/metrics to evaluate interface copy
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
