Шукаємо 2D Animator, який оживлятиме ігрові ассети — від персонажів та символів до ефектів та UI-елементів.

Що робити:

Анімувати ігрові ассети: персонажі, символи, спецефекти, UI-елементи.
Розробляти анімаційні концепти та стайлфрейми для нових продуктів.
Оптимізувати анімації під мобільні платформи та різні движки.
Співпрацювати з артистами, геймдизайнерами та розробниками для інтеграції в гру.

Кого ми шукаємо:

1+ роки досвіду у створенні 2D-анімації для gamedev.
Сильне портфоліо/шоуріл з прикладами ігрової анімації.
Впевнене володіння Spine, After Effects або аналогами.
Досвід роботи зі sprite sheets: нарізка, компонування, експорт.
Розуміння принципів анімації: таймінг, easing, anticipation, follow-through.
Розуміння специфіки ігрової анімації: оптимізація, мобільні екрани, читабельність.
Креативність, увага до деталей, дотримання дедлайнів.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create high-quality 2D animations for slot games, including symbols, characters, backgrounds, and UI elements.
- Implement animations using Spine and tweening techniques to ensure seamless integration and smooth performance.
- Collaborate with game designers, artists, and developers to ensure animations align with the game’s style and mechanics.
- Create engaging visual effects that enhance gameplay and boost player engagement.
- Optimize animations for mobile devices to maintain high performance across various platforms.
- Maintain consistency in animation style and quality across multiple projects.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in animation and slot game visuals.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in animating slot games
- Proficient in Spine for 2D skeletal animation and familiar with tweening techniques for smooth transitions and effects.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, including timing, spacing, and easing.
- Ability to create smooth, dynamic animations that enhance the gameplay experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within technical constraints.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Fluency in Russian or Ukrainian

Bonus Skills:
- Knowledge of additional animation software such as After Effects.
- Familiarity with AI tools for automating parts of the animation process.
- Basic understanding of 3D animation workflows.
