    The Role
    We’re looking for a Data Engineering Lead to own the technical delivery and development of this platform. You’ll architect scalable pipelines, lead a small team, and ensure data reliability, accuracy, and performance.

    Now we are looking for an Affiliate Manager.

    Responsibilities:
    • Support in attracting new partners in Tier-1 markets (DACH, Nordics, CA, IT, AU/NZ).
    • Assistance in maintaining partner relationships: gathering information on traffic potential and business goals.
    • Maintaining and updating the affiliate database in Affilka/CRM.
    • Daily operational communication with partners (email, TG) under senior manager supervision.
    • Participation in negotiations, preparation of deal materials, monitoring KPI performance.
    • Collection and primary analysis of partner performance, preparation of reports for revenue optimization.
    • Monitoring current campaigns, assistance in optimization (basic adjustments to rates and creatives).

    Requirements:
    • Basic understanding of iGaming industry (RS/CPA/Hybrid, Tier-1 GEO, traffic channels) or strong desire to learn fast.
    • Good communication skills and ability to build rapport.
    • English — B2, German/Scandinavian languages — advantage.
    • Readiness to learn and grow quickly (we hire for potential).
