    Your responsibilities

    • Define and evolve product strategy, roadmap, and pricing models.
    • Prioritize initiatives based on impact, user needs, and business goals.
    • Drive execution with cross-functional teams (PM, engineering, marketing).

    We’re looking for someone who

    • Has 5+ years of experience with relational DBs (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
    • Knows how to lead cross-functional teams and scale product operations.
    • Has experience in product & engineering leadership, including CI/CD, SDLC, desktop software (Windows).
    • Can connect tech and business strategy, make data-driven decisions.
    • Brings strong product thinking, UX understanding, and a growth mindset.

       

    Would be a plus: experience in a Head of Product / Product Lead role; knowledge of software architecture; experience with complex desktop systems.
