About the Role

We're growing fast and looking for a Manual QA Engineer to help ensure the quality and stability of our frontend project. You will work closely in a team with developers, project/product managers, and other QA specialists to identify and report issues, validate new features, and verify overall product behavior. This role is focused on performing manual testing to help ensure that all frontend features work as expected and meet our quality standards before release.

Requirements
 

Must-Have:

• 2+ years of experience in manual Web application testing.
• Proven experience in UI/frontend testing using DevTools.
• Understanding of Web and client-server interaction principles.
• Experience working with Figma for UI/UX validation.
• Basic skills in working with GraphQL/Rest API (sending queries, analyzing responses).
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS.

About the role

We're looking for a Learning & Development English Specialist to build and run our internal English learning program. You'll assess employees' current English level, design individualized learning plans based on their role and gaps, and track their progress over time.

This role is flexible in background: you could be a practicing English teacher who also wants to design structured programs, or an L&D / curriculum specialist with strong English expertise who prefers building plans and tracking outcomes over teaching lessons yourself. What matters most is that you understand how adults actually improve their English at work, and can turn that into a clear, trackable plan for each person.

What you'll do

• Assess the English level of employees (speaking, writing, listening, reading) using structured tests and/or live interviews, and map each person to a CEFR level (A1–C2).
• Design individual and group learning plans tailored to each employee's level, role, and goals (e.g. client communication, technical writing, business correspondence).
• Define clear milestones and success criteria for each learning plan.
• Track progress regularly — re-assess levels periodically, adjust plans, and report on outcomes to management.
• Recommend or curate learning resources, materials, and exercises (courses, apps, practice sessions) matched to each plan.
• Optionally: conduct English classes/practice sessions yourself, or coordinate with external tutors/platforms if you're not teaching directly.
• Keep records of each employee's level, plan, and progress in a shared, organized format (spreadsheet, LMS, or similar).
• Collect feedback from employees and their managers to continuously improve the program.

What we're looking for

• Strong command of English yourself (C1/C2) — written and spoken.
• Proven experience in at least one of: teaching English to adults, corporate L&D program design, or curriculum/course development.
• Familiarity with CEFR levels and standard English assessment approaches.
• Ability to design structured, goal-oriented learning plans — not just generic materials, but plans tied to each person's real gaps and role.
• Comfortable tracking data and reporting on progress (spreadsheets, simple dashboards).
• Organized, self-driven, and able to manage a part-time program independently with minimal oversight.
• Good communication skills — you'll be talking directly with employees about their level and progress, which requires tact and clarity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Manager, Product Lead, or similar product leadership experience in SaaS companies. Your most recent experience should be in a product company or startup.
• Experience leading product-led growth (PLG) initiatives for self-serve SaaS products.
• Proven experience optimizing self-serve SaaS funnels, including acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and monetization.
• Experience conducting customer interviews and usability testing.
• Fluent spoken and written English. You'll regularly interview customers, run product demos, and collaborate with international partners.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence in making data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to align designers, engineers, marketers, and other stakeholders around product priorities.
• Experience partnering with marketing teams to optimize user acquisition, activation, and conversion for self-serve SaaS products.
• Good understanding of SaaS marketing channels, attribution, and growth tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thermal analysis of electronic platforms; develop simplified thermal models.
• Design heat sinks, liquid cooling (cold plates, heat exchangers), heat pipes, TIM selection for high-power electronic assemblies; design HVAC/conditioning systems for sealed electronic enclosures (e.g., in military vehicles), including humidity and condensation calculations.
• Conduct board- and system-level tests using thermocouples, DAQ systems, IR thermography; correlate test results with simulations.
• Define thermal requirements for components, approve drawings, collaborate with electrical and mechanical engineers to optimize component placement.
• Reports, technical specifications, presentations at design reviews (PDR, CDR); mentoring junior engineers.

Required Skills:

• Master’s Degree in thermo physics, heat engineering, materials science, mechanics, physics or related specialties and a minimum of 3 years of prior relevant experience
• Excellent knowledge of heat/mass transfer, fluid dynamics, CFD, mechanics with a focus on electronics cooling application, technology of advanced materials.
• Hands-on experience in electronics industry, including thermal and thermal-mechanical management at component, board and system level, advanced materials.
• Experience in system thermal architecture design for electronic products would be an advantage.
• Proficiency in FEA analysis tools (ANSYS Fluent, ANSYS Thermal Mechanical, ANSYS Mechanical, FloTHERM, Icepak, Comsol, OpenFoam) and ability to perform complex thermal analysis to guide design.

We are looking for a Lead Backend Developer to architect and own the backend infrastructure of our fintech platform. You will design scalable microservices, manage critical data flows, and ensure system reliability at scale. Work directly with product, design, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust backend systems. 

This is a hybrid role, and we are currently considering candidates based in Lviv (Ukraine). 

Fully remote work is not an option for this position.

What You Will Do
Backend Architecture & Design

• Own the backend architecture end-to-end across microservices.
• Design and implement Node.js / Express services handling 20M+ transactions monthly.
• Architect PostgreSQL schemas for reliability and performance at scale.
• Define API contracts (GraphQL, REST) that support frontend and partner integrations.
• Make critical decisions on data consistency, caching, and async patterns.

Microservices & System Design

• Build and maintain multiple Node.js / Express microservices with clear ownership boundaries.
• Implement webhook-driven workflows and event-driven architecture.
• Design and implement real-time data synchronization pipelines.
• Manage message queues (RabbitMQ) for async operations and inter-service communication.
• Ensure row-level security (RLS) and multi-tenant data isolation at the database layer.

Data & Performance

• Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas using Prisma ORM.
• Write complex queries, manage indexes, and ensure query performance.
• Implement caching strategies and data consistency patterns.
• Build audit trails and changelog tracking for compliance and debugging.
• Handle sensitive data (KYC, AML, financial records) with security-first approach.

Integration & Third-Party Services

Core Requirements:

• 5–7 years of production experience in Node.js backend development.
• Strong TypeScript across the entire stack (no JavaScript-only experience).
• PostgreSQL expertise: schema design, optimization, transactions, advanced queries.
• Prisma ORM or similar ORMs and hands-on experience with relational databases.
• GraphQL schema design and resolver implementation (REST a plus).
• Microservices architecture: designing boundaries, managing state, async communication.
