Beyond core engineering, a meaningful part of the role (~10%) involves engaging with internal delivery teams: understanding how they work today, where friction exists in their SDLC, and feeding those insights back into what's being built. The platform is being built on AWS. The application stack is likely Java (backend) and React (frontend), driven by the selection of Camunda as the workflow engine, which runs natively on the JVM, with React used to build a custom UI layer on top of Camunda's interfaces.
That said, the final technology choices are not fully locked - the team should be prepared to adapt (e.g. to Python-based orchestration) if a different engine is selected.

Daily responsibilities

• Development and implementation of the company’s financial strategy aligned with long-term business goals

We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead and grow enterprise-level client accounts. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to key clients, driving long-term collaboration, identifying expansion opportunities, and owning revenue growth within your portfolio.

This position requires strong commercial expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to build trusted relationships with enterprise stakeholders across multiple levels.
 

Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with enterprise clients

- Gain a deep understanding of clients’ business objectives, technology landscape, and growth strategy

- Identify and proactively drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client needs

We are looking for a talented RF Hardware Engineer who will play a key role in designing high-frequency and mixed-signal electronic devices. 
 
You will be involved in the full development cycle — from schematic design to prototyping and manufacturing support. The role offers a great opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and take part in building products that matter. 
 

Responsibilities: 

• Schematic design of RF and mixed-signal electronic devices 
• PCB layout design for high-frequency and mixed-signal systems 
• Verification of designs through SPICE simulation, testing, and lab measurements 
• Hands-on work with spectrum analyzers, VNAs, oscilloscopes, and other high-end measurement equipment 
• Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation: schematics, BOMs, production files, and test reports 
• Supporting prototype assembly and design transfer to manufacturing 
• Collaboration with manufacturing partners to ensure DFM/DFT compliance 
   

Requirements: 

• Experience in high-speed design with knowledge of SI/PI principles 
• Solid understanding of RF signal path design (e.g. transmit/receive chains, filters, matching networks) 
• Strong practical lab skills including test planning and signal analysis 
• Experience with modern EDA tools such as Altium Designer or KiCad 
• English – Intermediate level 
   

Nice to Have:
