We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our core team and work on technically challenging projects in cybersecurity, equity management and other domains.
Our ideal candidate is an independent DevOps engineer who has worked with a variety of technologies and can quickly navigate their way around new stacks and complex problems.
Required skill-set & experience
- Proven track record as a DevOps engineer (5+ years of production hands-on experience), fluent in industry trends & best practices
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with AWS
- Infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform/Terragrunt
- Well-versed in Kubernetes and Helm
- Good understanding of networking: subnetting, HTTP, DNS, TLS, OSI Model
- A consulting mindset, ability to weigh and present pros/cons of various solutions
- Upper-intermediate+ level of English
Bonus points
- In-depth experience with ArgoCD
- Experience in managing databases, such as Cassandra, Clickhouse, OpenSearch
- Experience with monitoring and observability frameworks (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana)
- AWS, CKA or other cloud certifications

We’re looking for a senior software engineer with SRE experience to join our core team and work on complex technical challenges.
Our client is a well-funded, fast-growing startup ($7M raised in seed) building a global equity management and compliance platform. Their solution enables dozens of customers to effectively manage their equity compensation plans, ensuring compliance with each country’s laws and regulations, and optimizing the tax treatment of employees' equity.
In this role, you’ll work with a top-tier engineering team (ex-Google, ex-Meta) on a wide range of tasks: from streamlining the development experience to optimizing the application's performance and enhancing the testing infrastructure (among other things). Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who can quickly navigate their way around new tech stacks and engineering problems.
Required skill-set & experience
- At least 4+ years of production experience with Node.js/Nest.js and TypeScript
- Solid experience with distributed databases, queues and other data structures
- Experience with containers and their orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker, Cloud Run)
- Experience with monitoring and observability (Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus)
- Good grasp of core computer science algorithms, data structures, their applications and tradeoffs
- Passion for debugging deep issues across stacks and networks
- Upper-intermediate+ level of English
