Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain SAP HCM (personnel administration, payroll, time management, etc.).
- Develop and support system integrations and data migration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to improve system functionality.
- Ensure data accuracy and system performance.
Requirements:
- Experience in SAP HCM/SAP HR development (ABAP, Fiori, or SuccessFactors is a plus).
- Understanding of HR processes and system configurations.
- Experience with data migration and system testing.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- English proficiency (spoken & written).
