    • Conduct CustDev, interviews, and in-depth research to fully understand clients’ pains and desires.
    • Analyze the market, competitors, and trends to anticipate its direction.
    • Form hypotheses, test them, discard what doesn’t work, and focus on what grows.
    • Work at the intersection of medicine, technology, and business — acting as a bridge between doctors, marketers, IT, and sales.

    What We Are Looking For

    • 2+ years in Product Management (preferably in medicine, MedTech, HealthTech, Biotech).
    • Ability to get to the core of a client’s problem and translate it into a product.
    • Passion for analytics, numbers, and rapid experimentation.
