Requirements
Technical Skills- Programming Languages: Proficient in Python; experience with JavaScript/TypeScript is a must.
- Backend Frameworks: Strong experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Frontend Frameworks: Expertise in React
- Database Management: Proficient in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, Redis).
- DevOps & Cloud: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Version Control: Strong experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
Experience & Soft Skills

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using Python frameworks such as Django or Flask.
- Build robust backend APIs and services, ensuring seamless integration with frontend components.
- Architect and implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React.
- Lead code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential adoption within the company.
Soft skills that will be a plus:
- Proactivity: advocating for improvements to product quality, security, and performance.
