Responsibilities:

• Creating and removing employee access, blocking devices, resetting passwords, logging out of accounts, and removing users from work chats.
• Developing and implementing internal security policies to prevent incidents.
• Prompt response to information security breaches.
• Auditing file downloads to personal devices and monitoring data transfers outside the corporate environment.
• Verifying external access to corporate systems.
• Configuring personalized security policies in Google Workspace: download restrictions, access rights management, password requirements, etc.
• Generating reports on employee activities in Google services upon management request.
• Restoring passwords in case of loss or detected security incidents.

Freelance Consultant / Expert – Data Enrichment & Audience Targeting (iGaming focus)

We’re looking for a high-level expert or consultant with hands-on experience in data enrichment, fingerprinting, and custom audience targeting — ideally within the iGaming, gray niches, or high-scale programmatic marketing environments.

What we have:

• A large dataset of active casino players across multiple GEOs (millions of users).
• Fingerprinting capabilities (primarily IP + user agent).
• Ability to launch campaigns via DSPs, Facebook, and other paid traffic sources.

What we need:

• Deep analysis of data enrichment strategies — we suspect that the IP + user agent combo alone is not accurate enough and want to validate this.
• A breakdown of how similar targeting approaches were successfully executed in gambling or other relevant industries:
  • What data was used?
  • What enrichment methods/platforms were applied?
  • What systems/channels were used to activate audiences?

Goals:

• Understand best practices and technical limitations.
• Learn from real case studies or your own experience with similar targeting pipelines.
• Apply working solutions to optimize and scale our user acquisition strategy.

Ideal profile:

• Experience with DSPs / DMPs / CDPs / AdTech platforms.

Finance Manager (Warsaw)
 

Our Warsaw-based digital team is looking for a Finance Manager. We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible specialist to manage and oversee financial flows, including international and cryptocurrency transactions, and to contribute to the analysis and optimization of digital project budgets.
 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and control daily payments, including advertising expenses and international transfers;
• Maintain accounting in 1C and prepare reports in Excel / Google Sheets;
• Monitor budget execution, payment deadlines, and expense line balances;
• Prepare financial tables, reports, and consolidated data for projects;
• Work with banks, payment systems, and cryptocurrency wallets;
• Communicate with contractors and ensure proper documentation.
   

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in finance or accounting;
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, Power Query is a plus);
• Experience working with 1C and understanding payment workflows;
• Experience with international transactions and basic knowledge of cryptocurrency operations;

We’re looking for a strong back-end engineer with a passion for probability, discrete-event

systems and casino math. You’ll own the server-side logic for brand-new video-slot titles

featuring custom mechanics and switchable volatility profiles (medium / high). Working

alongside game designers and front-end teams, you’ll transform design docs into fully

simulated, production-ready slot engines, complete with optimisation pipelines and S3

deployment.

What you’ll do

Design and implement novel slot mechanics (e.g., 8×8/dynamic boards, unique win

conditions, dual reel sets for volatility switching, split/ways/transition mechanics, etc ).

Extend a Python-based math framework: build config files, reel-strip loaders, payout

tables, win evaluators, cascading/tumbling logic, free-spin rounds and wallet managers.

Emit well-structured JSON events for the client SDK (spins, wins, multipliers, feature

triggers, volatility toggles, etc.).

Create simulation runs (millions of rounds) to verify RTP, hit-rates, max-win distribution

and other KPIs.

Tune win distributions with a companion optimisation tool (Rust binary) and produce

balanced lookup tables.

Package output assets (books, lookup tables, configs) and automate uploads to AWS

Collaborate with front-end and QA to validate event schemas and gameplay flow.

Must-have experience
