We're looking for a Senior Game Developer with strong expertise in PixiJS to help us craft visually stunning and technically polished slot games. You’ll play a key role in bridging development and animation, shaping every detail of the player’s experience.

🧩 What You’ll Do:

Develop HTML5 slot games from scratch using JavaScript/TypeScript and PixiJS.

Create and integrate custom visual effects and animations in close collaboration with artists and animators.

Contribute to architectural decisions and code reviews.

🛠 What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of experience in HTML5 game development, ideally in slot games.

Strong hands-on expertise with PixiJS, including scene creation, object animation, layering, masking, and filters.

Solid knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Understanding of rendering loops and performance optimization techniques.

Proven experience working closely with 2D artists and animators.

A strong portfolio showcasing completed projects — especially slot games and custom visual effects (required).

2D Artist (Online Slot Games)

We are looking for a highly skilled 2D Artist to create top-tier visual assets for premium online slot games. This role requires exceptional artistic ability, a deep understanding of slot game aesthetics, and close collaboration with animators, game designers, and developers to ensure cohesive, visually stunning results.

Responsibilities

- Design and produce high-quality 2D game assets, including symbols, backgrounds, UI elements, and promotional graphics.

- Work closely with animators to prepare layered, animation-ready artwork and ensure smooth visual integration.

- Collaborate with game designers to maintain thematic consistency and support gameplay clarity.

- Create visual concepts, mood boards, and style guides for each project.

- Optimize assets for various resolutions and performance requirements without compromising quality.

- Review and refine artwork to meet brand, technical, and regulatory requirements for different markets.

Requirements

Design, simulate, and balance slot mathematics that delight players, meet regulatory standards,

and achieve commercially proven KPIs.

Responsibilities

Devise complete mathematical models for video slots: pay-tables, feature probabilities,

RTP, volatility profiles, jackpots, and max exposure limits.

Build large-scale simulations (100 M+ spins) in Python to validate models, stress-test

edge cases, and generate compliance reports for labs (GLI, iTech Labs, etc.).

Collaborate with the team to align maths with theme, core loop, and business goals;

adjust parameters to hit target GGR, hit frequency, and retention curves.

Perform competitive teardown of market-leading titles, extract insights on why they

succeed, and translate findings into new concepts or balance tweaks.

Analyse live performance data, compare against forecasted curves, and recommend

tunings that optimise both player experience and operator revenue.

Requirements

2+ years in slot mathematics or equivalent quantitative role within released real-money

or F2P slots.

Hands-on participation in at least two commercially successful slot projects (e.g.,

top-ranked on SlotCatalog or GGR > $1 M in the first 90 days).

Strong command of probability theory, combinatorics, and statistical inference; ability to

explain complex math to non-technical stakeholders.

Proficiency with Python (NumPy, pandas, SciPy or similar) for simulations and data

analysis.

Working knowledge of regulatory requirements (MGA, UKGC, etc.) and

responsible-gaming constraints.

English B2+ for documentation and cross-team communication.

Nice to have

Experience building automated dashboards (SQL + BI tools) that track live KPI drift

against model baselines.
