We are looking for a Business Analyst

Requirements

– 3+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field, with a focus on blockchain/Web3 projects.
– Hands-on experience with EVM blockchains
– Solid understanding of smart contracts, including standards like ERC-20, ERC-721, and ERC-1155, as well as blockchain-based applications and tools.
– Expertise in integrating and working with mobile wallets and other Web3 tools.
– Knowledge of decentralized systems such as DeFi protocols, DAOs, and dApps, and their underlying architectures.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex information and develop effective solutions.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the proficiency to communicate complex ideas effectively.
– Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies.
– Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

– Business Analysis & Strategy Development: Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
– Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Work closely with stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements. Document and articulate these requirements clearly and concisely to ensure alignment across teams.
– Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Create reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders and guide decision-making.
– Project Management Support: Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to support project planning, execution, and monitoring. Ensure projects align with business objectives and are delivered on time and within scope.
– Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to understand evolving business needs and priorities. Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus and decision-making.
– Process Improvement: Recommend improvements to business processes, systems, and policies to optimize performance and efficiency. Support the implementation of change initiatives and monitor their impact.
– Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure business activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and standards. Assess risks associated with proposed changes and develop mitigation strategies.
